Ed Laine

Ed Laine

Managing Broker and Team Leader  •  The Ed Laine Team  •  (206) 229-5515

Ed Laine has done it all. He was a lender for 30 years. A Realtor for 20 years. A general contractor. A series 7 license holder. He has been a Loan Officer, an Underwriter, a Realtor; you name it. He has done it all in the Real Estate Industry.

Ed is also very active in the community. He sits on the Boards of Youth Sports Organizations (Little League, SYFA and others). He has coached youth sports (Football, Baseball, Basketball, Soccer and more). As a two sport, Division 1 Athlete, he knows the importance of work ethic and teamwork. He even played semi-professional water polo in Australia, so you can add “world traveler” to his resume.

But Ed's most favorite thing is Real Estate. Ed has been helping Buyers, Sellers, and Brokers achieve their hopes and dreams for three decades. His experience is unmatched. Very few agents reach the $1 Billion Sold mark. And even fewer loan officers reach that same threshold in loan volume. Ed has done both. And he uses that experience to help his clients win and avoid mistakes. And he does it all with integrity, a generous heart and a teacher's approach. You will leave this experience smarter. Plain and simple.
